Compensation: $70,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of janitorial services for assigned client sites.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and site visits.
- Ensure contractual obligations, service levels, and performance standards are consistently achieved.
- Lead, supervise, and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline staff.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain janitorial personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with client expectations.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Monitor labor costs, overtime, supply usage, equipment expenses, and overall budget performance.

- Experience with budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
