Manages and coordinates all phases of client-facing projects, from initial planning through installation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Projects will involve the installation of a diverse portfolio of hardware and software solutions, including system integrations and consulting engagements.

    The role requires extensive interaction with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from project initiation through execution. While strong project management capabilities are critical, a solid technical background is essential to effectively manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Engaging with customers and contractors to conduct site visits and support facility readiness for efficient and successful installations.
    • Monitoring customer site preparation and coordinating equipment shipment schedules to ensure timely installation and commissioning.
    • Managing project schedules and budgets to achieve defined objectives and milestones.
    • Providing regular reports on installation progress, schedule performance, and key risks.
    • Working on-site at customer locations to assess progress, facilitate project meetings, and resolve issues.
    • Advising customers on complex facility requirements, including safety considerations, room layout, and infrastructure needs (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power, and network requirements).
    • Supporting decisions related to workstation layout, server configuration, and overall system integration within the customer environment.

    This position requires up to 75% travel to customer sites.

    Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge
    • Experience in field service, construction management, engineering, or related disciplines.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required, with Spanish considered an asset.
    • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
    • Basic negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
    • General knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network design, control systems, and server environments.
    • Familiarity with software deployment in healthcare environments, particularly in oncology or cancer care settings.
