As Project Specialist, you will support the execution of complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico, working hands-on to keep timelines, risks, and stakeholders aligned day to day. About the Role
- Support the day-to-day execution of expansion and infrastructure projects, tracking progress against the critical path and flagging deviations early.
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up logs for project status meetings.
- Identify, document, and escalate risks in a structured way, ensuring they're raised before they impact timelines or delivery.
- Maintain detailed project trackers, risk registers, and dashboards for full visibility and control.
- Work transversally across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate to keep stakeholders aligned and deliverables moving.
- Bring a hands-on approach to daily coordination of tasks and dependencies, supporting and enabling execution led by the Expert Project Manager.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned workstreams, both internally and with external partners.
- Provide structured, timely reporting to the Expert Project Manager and senior leadership.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Solid experience in project coordination or project management within an office-based, cross-functional environment
- Working knowledge of critical path methodology and structured risk management.
- Advanced Excel and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent, must be demonstrated)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and structured execution.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on mindset
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Nice to have:
PMI certification or formal project management training.
Experience in fast-growth or international environments.
