Charging your car should be as easy as charging your smartphone. And so for that to happen, chargers need to be available where people naturally spend their days.

Our mission is as simple as it is ambitious: Accelerate Sustainable Mobility by investing in, installing, and operating EV chargers with a cutting-edge business model. We help businesses find the right charging solutions for their customers. Today, we've partnered with over 1,200 businesses across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, with more than 2,200 contracted locations.

We are, first, Partner Obsessed 🤝 — creating bespoke solutions to better serve our partners' customers. We love the challenge of making EV charging simpler, readily available, and integrated with diverse retail and service experiences 💡. And we are all about growing 📈 — expanding our network, our partners' businesses, and the professional development of our team, all while driving the EV ecosystem forward.

We seek empowered top performers who share our mission and values, and who are ready to think disruptively and join our exciting journey. 🚀

🚀 About this Role

As an Project Manager specializing in EV charging hub deployment, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless, turnkey charging solutions to our customers across Portugal & Spain. Your mission is to drive efficient, high-quality deployment of charging stations — ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards, while keeping installation pipelines flowing without friction. This dynamic position is central to Powerdot's operations and growth in Portugal & Spain.

How You'll Shape Our Story:

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Project Management — overseeing daily progress across multiple projects with installation and engineering partners, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the installation pipeline.
  • Resource Coordination — working closely with internal and external stakeholders — including installers, contractors, suppliers, and energy distributors — to ensure efficient deployment of charging stations with a focus on quality, safety, and speed.
  • Technician Supervision — organizing and guiding internal technicians for technical site visits, commissioning, and activation of charging stations.
  • Logistics Management — ensuring timely delivery of charging equipment to project sites.
  • CAPEX Control — managing investment per location by negotiating with subcontractors and ensuring projects align with budgets and timelines.
  • Emergency Response — conducting site visits or performing commissioning tasks personally when urgent situations arise.

This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:

  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent preferred, ideally in Engineering or Business Management.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in the electrical or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities — you keep multiple moving parts under control without dropping anything.
  • Autonomy and decisiveness — you operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and results-driven — precision matters to you, and you follow through until the job is done.
  • Solution-focused pragmatism — you simplify complex challenges and keep things moving forward.
  • Ownership Mentality — at Powerdot, we act as owners. You thrive on accountability, taking full responsibility for projects and supporting team success.

The Kind of Energy We're Looking For:

  • We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.
  • You lead and listen. Whether steering initiatives or supporting teammates, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
  • You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
  • You've got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
  • You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended 🔋).
  • You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.

How you'll be Powered up?

  • 🏥 Private health insurance coverage
  • 💪🏼 Gym membership to help you stay active
  • ⏰ Flexible working hours: you own your time
  • 🌍 Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (this year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)
  • 🤝🏼 Regular team-building events with your local teammates
  • 📚 English Training — as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
  • 🍩 Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day
  • ⚡️ Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle

Our Promise To You
We strongly believe that the best solutions and the most innovative ideas come from the coexistence of people with different backgrounds that reflect the diverse world we live in.
