We're seeking a motivated MIS / IT HR Business Applications Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager to join our HR Business Applications team and support project delivery across the HR domain.
In this role, you'll support HR systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation, working closely with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to help deliver improvements across our HR systems landscape, including Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, and related platforms. You'll bring strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and curiosity about how AI and automation can support IT and HR processes.

How will you make an impact?
- Support HR-domain IT initiatives by coordinating project activities across the HR business applications landscape
- Assist with project activities including requirements gathering, planning, documentation, testing coordination, implementation support, and rollout
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and help translate them into clear project documentation and system requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams, including Development, Integrations, IT System & Network, Information Security, and third-party vendors, to support coordinated delivery
- Coordinate follow-ups, track project tasks, and help ensure stakeholders have clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps
- Support documentation and improvement of HR business processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency
- Contribute ideas on how AI and automation can be applied within IT and HR processes and systems
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and tasks, ensuring timely follow-through and clear communication through completion
- Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs while bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach
- Support the ongoing roadmap of HR systems including Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR applications
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, HR systems support, or related project management experience
- System oriented - self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
- Exposure to HR business applications such as Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and independently manage assigned tasks with appropriate guidance
- Ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies and practices quickly
- Independent, autodidact and quick learner
- Ability to multi-task across a range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities
- Passion for excellence, highly self-motivated and has the desire to have a significant impact on the business
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and other IT teams
- Experience in global companies – an advantage
- Fluent English, written and spoken
