The Software Development Project Manager (TP4) is a senior-level Technical Program Manager responsible for leading complex, cross-functional software development programs. This role requires deep experience in orchestrating enterprise-scale initiatives, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams.
At the TP4 level, the individual operates with significant autonomy, owns high-impact programs end-to-end, improves organizational delivery processes, and influences technical and business decisions across multiple teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Execution- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects or multi-team programs.
- Translate business objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable KPIs.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, UX, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate program ceremonies and decision-making processes to maintain momentum and ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with engineering leaders to plan release strategies, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with architectural direction.
