Key Accountabilities
- Provides expert technical leadership in coordinating, project team resource meet project requirement
- Develops and gains support for program objectives/ deliverables and ensures all resources and groups involved understand customer and BorgWarner demands for successful launch of a program
- Works with internal and external resources to maintain strong customer relationships with dedication to customer schedules
- Ensure all the program activity comply with RCP process deliverable and gate review
- Through intimate customer relationships, help identify new program opportunities
- Researches, recommends, and initiates implementation of enhancements to products, processes, programs, and systems
- Evaluate and manage risk; Assess priorities and critical path to enable successful product launches with available resource
- Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives
