• Project Manager – Liquid Manufacturing & Filling Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects involving liquid processing, mixing, filling, and production transfers within a beverage manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that improve manufacturing performance while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from initiation through execution and project closeout.
• Manage projects involving liquid mixing, blending, filling, and packaging operations.
• Coordinate process transfers between production lines or manufacturing facilities while minimizing operational impact.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and production readiness activities.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, capacity improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Manage external contractors, equipment vendors, and engineering partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing projects involving liquid mixing/blending and filling operations.
• Experience leading process transfers, production line modifications, or manufacturing improvements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and industrial equipment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the beverage, food & beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
