Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 15+ years procurement/acquisition program management; international donor-funded experience; English fluency, French preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 desirable. Responsibilities: work planning, COR interface, resource deployment, QA/QC, monthly reports, training coordination, travel support.
