Job Description

What You'll Do 

Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE)

  • Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions
  • Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress
  • Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings
  • Identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project closeout documentation is completed on time
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on all projects

Qualifications

What You Will Bring 

  • 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required) 
  • Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
  • Preferred: Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
  • Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors and change orders
  • Travel is REQUIRED - 50%

Additional Information

Pay Range 

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

$110,000 - $160,000
