As a ProgramProject Manager, you will own and drive the successful delivery of complex enterprise engagements that accelerate customer adoption of core Google Cloud services, including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and our advanced AI/ML capabilities utilizing Gemini. You will act as the critical link between client executives and our internal technical teams, responsible for scoping, planning, and executing delivery roadmaps across modern data platforms, containerized environments, and AI-driven architectures.
What we need
Proven experience working with and delivering programs for large, complex Enterprise clients.
Demonstrable experience in a senior customer-facing role (e.g., technical consulting, cloud professional services, or program management) interfacing directly with executive-level stakeholders.
A track record of managing technical implementations, IT transformation programs, or similar initiatives from inception to completion.
Strong command of program governance, framework design, and practice leadership in addition to project management methodologies and experience mentoring others in process, organization, and change management.
Ability to define and implement measurement systems to track project health, adoption, and performance, and to drive corrective actions when necessary.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a rigorous and analytical approach to delivering enterprise-level projects.

Skills Required
- Significant experience with Google Cloud and Google Cloud services (e.g., Google Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Anthos, AI/ML)
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Customer-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders and delivering IT technical implementations or transformation programs
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Services, IT consulting, or program management organizations
- History of mentoring or teaching others in process, organization, change, or learning improvement methodologies
- Ability to create and run measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency
- Ability to identify resistance and performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Ability to integrate change management activities into overall project plans
- Adaptable self-starter skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills and rigorous project management approach for enterprise projects
- Comfortable appearing on video in meetings with internal teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
