The Role

As the Project Manager for Ads & Promotions, you’ll work closely with the Global Head of Ads & Promotions and coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, Ad Ops, PMM, Sales, Finance, Legal and external partners. You’ll keep our roadmap tight, ensure teams are aligned, and make sure every launch is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the core of how we scale Wolt Ads across markets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own the master program roadmap across our four pillars (Data, Media, In-App and Offline): update timelines, surface risks, and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Run program governance including weekly cadences, steering meetings, decision logs, risk & issue registers, and status reporting to senior leadership.
  • Drive launch readiness for product releases and GTM by coordinating across Product → Engineering → PMM → Sales → Finance → Legal → Ad Ops.
  • Track and resolve blockers by proactively identifying sequencing challenges, resource gaps, integration issues and cross-functional conflicts.
  • Translate strategy into execution by turning Ads & Promotions OKRs into concrete project plans, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Manage vendor coordination for partners such as Symbiosis, Magnite, StackAdapt and AppsFlyer to ensure deliverables, SLAs and integration milestones are met.
  • Support budgeting & resource planning with Finance and HR — surfacing risks early and aligning teams around capacity.
  • Provide clear executive reporting showing program health, risks, timelines and impact on Ads KPIs (revenue, adoption, promo participation, ad load).
What we’re looking for
  • 5–8+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional product organisations.
  • Proven experience leading multiple parallel workstreams across Product, Engineering, Marketing or Sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of program management fundamentals — roadmaps, risk/issue management, RACI, governance, change control and launch gating.
  • Comfortable with tools like JIRA/Confluence, Google Workspace and BI basics (Sheets, Looker, Tableau).
  • Excellent prioritisation, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-moving environments.
  • Fluent English and comfort working across time zones.
Nice to have

Experience in Ads, Retail Media or Promotions; familiarity with AppsFlyer/Symbiosis integrations or DSP/SSP platforms; PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum background; exposure to Data/Clean Room governance.
