Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing complex projects within a regulated medical device environment. This role is essential for ensuring project delivery in accordance with established timelines, defined scope, and allocated budgets, while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives, promote continuous improvement, and support the organization's success and innovation objectives. Success in this role requires outstanding leadership abilities, strategic acumen, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Lead and manage projects: oversee complex projects within the regulated medical device environment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Ensure compliance: maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive strategic initiatives: implement and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Foster continuous improvement: promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.

• Contribute to success and innovation: play a key role in contributing to the overall success and innovation of the company.

• Exhibit leadership and strategic thinking: demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects in regulated environments such as medical devices, aerospace or similar.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Agile and SAFe framework is preferable

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, ISO,).

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• A high degree of motivation, willingness to take responsibility and a keen sense for cost, quality, and efficacy.
