How You'll Make an Impact

Collaborate with operations to ensure all customer and order information is accurate.

Verify and manage order documents, engaging with the commercial team during project close-out.

Review and confirm service sales order documentation in HE ERP tool (SAP).

Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support Accounts Receivable reduction.

Guide commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payments.

Maintain and reduce overdue payments by working with finance and global business services.

Update service sales order documentation and verify field service dates.

Ensure on-time delivery of materials for service sales orders with parts.
Your Background
-
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, PMP, business, or related field.
-
5 to 8 years of experience in project management or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and achieve cooperation with customers and suppliers.

Technical and business skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively.

Ability to meet tight schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
