The Project Manager will support the coordination and execution of transformation projects, ensuring structured planning, clear communication, and consistent follow-up across teams. The role helps ensure that transformation initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities, are well-organized, and progress according to plan. The Project Manager will support governance routines, provide accurate reporting, assist with risk tracking, and collaborate with project teams to enable successful project delivery.

Major Activities

Project Coordination:

  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of transformation projects across regions and functions (e.g., operations, IT, commercial, finance, HR);
  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment.;
  • Apply project management standards and templates consistently across workstreams.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Support the definition and tracking of KPIs and success criteria;
  • Prepare regular status updates, summaries, and reports for senior stakeholders;
  • Help identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and information flow;
  • Engage with project leads and subject-matter experts to gather input and support decision making;
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas, notes, and action tracking.

Resource & Change Management:

  • Support resource coordination, including scheduling, onboarding, and vendor interactions;
  • Work with HR and Communications to align project communication materials and updates;
  • Contribute to capability building by maintaining tools, templates, and knowledge repositories.

Project Delivery:

  • Quality and timeliness of project support activities;
  • Accuracy of timelines, documentation, and milestone tracking.

Business Impact;

  • Contribution to achieving project objectives;
  • Alignment of project activities with transformation goals.

Project Management Maturity:

  • Quality of reporting, documentation, and KPI tracking;
  • Timely follow-up on risks, issues, and actions;
  • Consistent use of project management standards.

Team Performance:

  • Positive collaboration with project teams and stakeholders;
  • Engagement and reliability as part of the transformation team.

Requirements
  • University Degree (Master’s preferred);
  • Fluent English and Dutch (oral and written);
  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, consulting, transformation, or related roles;
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix environments;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and structured ways of working;
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is a plus but not required;
  • Strong project coordination and communication abilities;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams);
  • Ability to work with structure, follow standards, and ensure clarity in deliverables;
  • High adaptability, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn.
