Overview
Ampverse is looking for a high-performing, emotionally intelligent Project Manager to support our growing operations in Thailand across two of our core business divisions: Ampverse Pixel (virtual world & commerce innovation) and Ampverse Pulse (digital marketing & influencer agency).
In this role, you’ll work directly with the Head of PMO and cross-functional leads to turn strategy into execution. From supporting influencer marketing rollouts to managing virtual world platform partnerships, you’ll be the engine that keeps people, plans, and priorities in sync.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management by acting as a conduit for project management initiatives across both Pixel and Pulse business units in Thailand
- Collaborate across marketing, client solutions, sales, and tech teams to drive alignment and accountability
- Proactively identify roadblocks and escalate with solution-oriented thinking
- Keep leadership informed through concise documentation, trackers, and meeting notes
- Support implementation of systems and tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Help build a strong, feedback-driven, high-trust project culture within the Thailand team
- Stay close to the operational pain points and make recommendations to solve them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Tech, or Consulting
- Languages: Fluent in Thai & English (TOEFL iBT score of 95+ preferred)
