Responsible for managing and executing complex data center and mega projects across Europe, ensuring
technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery. Acts as key technical interface for customers,
internal teams, and partners, supporting growth of the Mega Projects business.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Essential and other important responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of data center projects across Europe
• Act as main technical expert for data center applications (incl. liquid cooling solutions)
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, sales, and operations
• Translate customer specifications into technical solutions and product configurations
• Support business development teams in project acquisition through technical expertise
• Manage key relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users
• Drive project timelines, quality standards, and profitability
• Collaborate closely with global teams (APMEA, Americas) to leverage expertise and solutions
• Ensure successful project handover and customer satisfaction throughout lifecycle
QUALIFICATIONS
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Strong experience in data center / HVAC / mega projects environment
• Proven project management experience in complex, international projects
• Strong technical expertise in valve systems / fluid systems / cooling applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
