Project Manager - System Integration
Location: Fontana, Cali
Salary Range: $75,000 - 100,000
Responsibilities
1. Understand and gather system integration requests from merchants, deliver and purpose a development request to HQ team in Beijing.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinate and manage all parts of the system integration lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, and testing.
4. Act as the primary POC between merchants and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
5. Oversee technical aspects of system integration to ensure seamless compatibility and operation between merchant systems and our platform.
6. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project status, changes, and any issues.
7. Write and maintain technical documentation related to system integration projects.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in project management, particularly in system integration.
2. Strong understanding of system integration best practices in B2C and B2B environments.
3. Experience with gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across various disciplines, including engineering, IT, and merchant services.
5. Solid technical background with familiarity in ERP systems, web technologies, and relational databases.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
8. Excellent Chinese and English speaking skills.
Preferred
1. Background in any ERP system (SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
2. Experience with Product Management
3. Basic understanding on Java and SQL.
4. Strong technical documentation skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
