Job DescriptionSummer 2027 Internship
Duration: Monday, May 17th- August 20th, 2027
Location: Austin, TX
What You Can Expect:
- Meaningful Project Work: Every Intern is assigned a project that delivers value to the business.
- Lean Thinking: Interns are expected to apply Lean principles and continuous improvement thinking throughout their project work; Lean training and resources will be provided.
- Our Goal is to provide interns with meaningful, hands-on experiences that contribute to business objectives while supporting their professional development
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost tracking.
- Communicate project status updates to immediate manager and project team.
- Follow company policies and established project management methodologies.
- Help coordinate resource assignments and monitor utilization.
- Identify and report potential risks for review by senior staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation including project logs and records.
- Support schedule management by tracking milestones and updating schedules.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and terminology.
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- No experience necessary. Professional project management experience, internship, or co-op experience desirable
