Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle end-to-end delivery of Substation and Power Distribution projects (Turnkey, including Civil works). The role involves bidding, estimation, planning, execution, and closure of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Proposal Manager during bidding & tendering
Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, costing & risk mitigation plans
Supplier & subcontractor RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, vendor management
Project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring & control
Manage risks, changes, claims & contractual obligations
Stakeholder coordination and project status reporting
Ensure quality, governance, and compliance to timelines
Skills Required:
Substations & Power Distribution (Turnkey Projects)
Project Planning & Execution
Estimation, BOQ, Costing & Contracts
Risk & Change Management
MS Project / Primavera
Preferred: PMP Certification

Skills Required
- Experience in Substations and Power Distribution turnkey projects (including civil works)
- Project planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring
- Estimation, BOQ preparation, costing and contract management
- Risk management, change management, claims handling
- Supplier and subcontractor RFQ management, negotiation and vendor management
- Stakeholder coordination and project status reporting
- Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera
- PMP certification
