Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Project manager that will lead the development and execution of product strategic plans outlining the direction and vision of Believe Products, aligned with company’s goals and business objectives. This role involves collaborating with our business and tech partners, creating robust strategic models, deploying measurable objectives and providing clear direction to the product teams.

Reporting to the Director of Product Office, the Strategic Project Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategic plans outlining the direction and vision of Believe Products, and ensuring that the team's efforts and resources are invested in the right initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate to strategic vision for product department.
  • Implement a robust methodology to help driving product strategy and following its implementation and externalization through the appropriate governance.
  • Implement a strategic vision for product development and technology innovation in collaboration with the Director of Tech Office.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and measure product value & performance (finance and operations).
  • Follow product department budgets in coordination with Product & Tech Financial Analyst and
  • Define effective resources allocation management.

The Head of Product Strategy may contribute to the coordination of cross-functional programs including post-merger integration program.

Strategy

Strategic Alignment:

  • Develop and implement models and methodology to help a better drive and prioritization of the product developments.
  • Prepare communication kit about the product strategy to be shared across the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize and plan strategic changes within product organization (ways of working, skillsets, recruitments, …)
  • Best Practices: Establish and promote best organizational practices.
  • Contribute to establish business economic model to enable product valuation of our digital assets

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand their needs and ensure product solutions meet organizational requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Product department, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and achievements
  • Maintain effective communication with top management, regional and local general managers.

Performance Metrics:

  • Higher Product teams eNPS regarding Product vision and strategy understanding and change management
  • Implement a robust OKR framework
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and projects.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports and analytics to the CPO, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience and strong understanding of Digital Industry
  • At least 4 years of proven experiences in Consulting company and/or Project/Product environment
  • Planification and project management of key transformative project
  • Strong ability to engage with multiple leaders and experts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in strategy and business economics modeling
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in Entertainment / Music industry appreciated.
  • Certifications in Business Strategy and/or Project Management appreciated.
