About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Office of the CEO (OCEO), responsible for supporting the successful execution of various strategic initiatives. You are an organized and quantitative thinkerwho will bring a solution-driven mindset to the role, working closely with OCEO to explore, assess and carry out business growth projects and partnership engagements. You will need to be adaptable to multiple projects at the same time. You'll collaborate deeply within OCEO and across almost all functions in Dow Jones, playing a critical role in the holistic planning and implementation of large, internal and external projects, events and meetings. You will report to the Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO and be based in our New York City office five days a week.

You Will:

• Work with OCEO/CEO and the executive team to develop, project manage and execute big picture strategies that will help drive subscriptions and grow our B2B businesses
• Partner with Communications, Events and key internal/external stakeholders to help plan, program and deliver high-quality events and meetings in line with strategic goals
• Assist with OCEO/CEO priority initiatives including being responsible for research, data analysis and deck creation
• Manage the CEO's calendar of events from a strategic lens to identify and optimize opportunities for executive-driven partnerships

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in media industry consulting, project management, and/or business operations
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively and think ahead in order to drive assigned projects forward
• Experience solving complex problems (both conceptual and quantitative)
• Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills
• Experience summarizing information from multiple sources and providing key insights
• The ability to remain delivery-focused and not easily distracted
• Proven ability to work independently and with initiative to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets

Pay Range: $50,000 - $180,000
