Job Summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Project Manager in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting SOUTHCOM.

Responsibilities

  • Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Personnel must be proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Systems, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects. 
  • Must have an active PMP

Required Skills

  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.

Desired Skills: 

  •  Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management. 

Security Clearance

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
