Description -

The Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include oversees and coordinates all aspects of construction site projects, from initiation to execution and completion. They meticulously plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule within the Order Fulfilment Project Delivery Department in SEA. This includes all Project Delivery activities from project management to clinical go live. The activities consist of but not limited to project administration, site readiness and project management.

 

The Project Manager needs to achieve key results in Revenue and Customer Loyalty.  He/She is responsible for the accurate and timely revenue tracking and forecasting for all Elekta solutions (to customer) along with the responsibility to deliver high client satisfaction at the completion of project delivery. The position will promote the proper and efficient use of project management techniques and tools by the department.  He/She is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, expense and all OF efficiency targets.   

 

The Project Manager is responsible for negotiation with customer, hospital, rigging company, construction company, or any third-party companies that involve in the project to keep both Elekta project schedule and customer commitment in mutual benefit. He/She also need to closely work with internal sales department, logistics department, installation department, application department and service department with efficient communication and proper handover between different parties.

Responsibilities -
  • Responsible for project management by creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.

  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

  • Responsible to take control all Software projects in SEA ( Hardware Project if needed).

  • Responsible for pre-sales project management if needed.

  • Drive efficiency and improvement programs identified by self or by company.

  • Accountable for Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed loop processes and related process improvements within the department.

  • Continuous good communication internally (department heads, functional heads and Product Supply Centers) & externally (distributors, suppliers and customers).

  • Providing a Weekly Site report and leading Project meetings with related parties.

  • Direct communication to each related project team.

  • Overview of revenue execution and drive with possibility way to achieve the target.

  • Controlling Health and Safety for all staff related to onsite working (site readiness adjustment) based on each issue.

  • Work with the Software Solutions Expert for pre-sales project management and sales handover.

  • Follow strictly Elekta Compliance and Policy.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

  • 70% travel expected within SEA based on requirement

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies –
  • Design and provide solution for new prospect in network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

  • Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of Comprehensive oncology solutions is a plus.

  • Capable to design the servers configurations, both physical and virtual, running Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • Capable to handle databases, including SQL Server and Oracle databases.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving network, server, and database issues.

  • Planning and support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations.

  • Ensuring that solutions are meets security and compliance requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Data Center and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification. 

  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including experience with network, server, and database administration.

  • Strong experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including database design, administration, and performance tuning.

  • Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

  • Experience with Hospital Information System (HIS), DICOM and HL7.

  • Experience with Mirth Connect interface with Health Link system.

  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.

  • Good understanding of security and compliance requirements, including knowledge of server and SQL Hardening procedure.

  • Familiar with Windows, MS Project, Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
