Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery as the single accountable owner (DRI), ensuring success across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery, operations, and project closure
- Proactively manage risks and issues, driving mitigation, escalation, and RCA to ensure stable project execution
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers and regulators, aligning requirements and driving solution delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and continuously improve processes to enable scalable and efficient execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in technical project/program management for complex systems (e.g., autonomous driving, automotive, or robotics)
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management capabilities in a global environment
- Solid understanding of system development lifecycle, integration, and large-scale deployment processes
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory

- Experience in autonomous driving or automotive industry
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance environments
- Experience working with global customers and cross-regional teams
Skills Required
