Responsibilities
  • Manages resources, schedules, financials and adhere to project management internal control guidelines throughout the full systems life cycle.
  • Conducts project meetings and provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • Provides analytical guidance and provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Develops and recommends budgeting, cost controls, planning, scheduling, and procedural changes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Project Management - Ability to coordinate the diverse components of the project by quality project planning, execution and change control to achieve required balance of time, cost and quality.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree degree in Business Administration or related field is required.

Experience:

  • Seven (7) years of experience managing increasingly complex projects is required.  

Licenses & Certifications:

  • PMP is required.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost controls, change control, and reporting
