Job Description:
PM Senior: Reporting to Director's office: client Business Center transition into MS Business Portal, support for multiple agency projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
  • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations.
  • Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects.


Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current PMP Certification

Skills Required / Desired Amount of Experience 11-15 yrs. developing project scopes and plans Required 11 Years 11-15 yrs. managing and tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment Required 11 Years 11-15 yrs. preparing status reports Required 11 Years 11-15 yrs. experience with MS Project or similar project planning software Required 4 Years Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Required 15 Years Prepare multi-year and long-range work plans developed by the supervisors or managers of subordinate organizational units and subsequently manage the Required 11 Years Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google, Microsoft Applications, JIRA, and Azure DevOps Highly desired 5 Years Experience working in the High-Tech or Gov Services sector preferred. Required 8 Years Oversee the revision of long-range plans, goals and objectives for the work directed. Required 11 Years Support highly technical projects requiring extensive and specialized experienced in project management and leading cross-functional teams to success. Required 8 Years Must be able to coordinate with multiple geographically separated units to include other DC government agencies such as OCTO Required 8 Years Provide assistance in the technical review process for proposals Required 11 Years Facilitate group discussions on proposal merits and coordinate the generation of consolidated technical review used to initiate contracting actions Highly desired 11 Years Initiate and track the additional documentation required with contracting actions. Highly desired 11 Years Expedite the distribution and review of technical proposals in accordance with published evaluation criteria. Highly desired 11 Years Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites. Required 11 Years The contractor will be required to work on-site for the first 90 days and will discuss a hybrid work schedule depending on performance, working remote Required
