- Take the lead of Scrum teams as the Product Owner and provide oversight for specific formulary applications
- Represent a single voice on behalf of the end user for the demand coming into the team
- Provide vision and direction to Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. From project intake and inception to translating the business problem into Requirements/User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Assess value, develop use Cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value to meet business need and are aligned with project scope
- Facilitate backlog management and iteration planning
- Partner with Scrum Master in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint Goals
- Ensure cross-team collaboration with Scrum Master and other Product Owners on scaled Agile efforts
- Coordinate scheduling of all Scrum related Ceremonies (refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
- Support Release Management in facilitating provision of SOX compliant deliverables
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Work with business and technology partners to drive size estimates for incoming features
*Work with business partners to understand the problem statement/requirements driving the enhancement
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years PBM or pharmacy experience
- 5+ year of experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
- Experience presenting to stakeholders, written release notes, documentations of requirements, etc.
- Experience leading project workstream, deliverables, timelines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, analyzing large data sets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile process and principles
- Client facing experience
- Current and unrestricted pharmacy technician license
- Experience with formulary management and drug data
- Experience with Rally, Aha
- Experience with RxClaim or RxBuilder
