Your Work Profile

As a Manager in our Digital Enablement Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and stakeholder with the intention to exceed expectations. The responsibilities of the current role would require the candidate to:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Manage the planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation, readiness, and reporting of medium to large projects and/or small programs.
  • Technical project management, work-closely with team member for project execution and completion.
  • Project Management Expertise: Apply advanced project management and program management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and communications.
  • Methodology and Standards: Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to delivery methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to ensure the project is on track, within scope, and budget.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive management of project status.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in project management, preferably within the insurance industry, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, SQL, Analytics, and AI projects.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)®
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)®
  • Certifications (Good to have):
    • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP)®
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner
    • Six Sigma Certification
    • ITIL Certification
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to mentor
    • Willingness and ability to take initiative, learn independently and drive the team
    • Strong understanding of technology.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, SQL, Analytics, and AI projects
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Location and Way of Working

  • Location: Manager
  • Time Zone: Candidates must be able to work during US East Coast hours ( UK Shift)
  • Work Environment: Minimum 3 days in office and Work from home occasionally.
