Key Responsibility:
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain Management organization.
The role focuses on improving supply chain performance, driving digital transformation, and ensuring that strategic projects are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Your tasks:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of strategic supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Production, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and IT.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Conduct business and process analyses to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
- Support digital and process transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP enhancements, automation, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making).
- Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentations for steering committees and executive management.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between internal and external partners.
- Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the SCM organization.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in SCM, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in supply chain, operations, or project management (preferably in a multinational environment).
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional or strategic projects.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and project management tools.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
