Incorta seeks a Project Manager to manage the active implementation work for our customers.
YOU WILL
- Manage projects simultaneously, as required
- Create project plans and statements of work
- Maintain project objectives and ensure scope is adhered to
- Monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards
- Identify and communicate project issues and risks
- Report on project progress, and offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
- Liaison between engineering and customer when product issues arise
- Manage delivery team and partner resources to make sure schedules are on track
- Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team
- Track project budget and raise awareness as overruns occur
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with one or more of these BI, ERP, DW, ETL, or Data Analytics
- 3+ years experience in project management, especially larger projects with highly cross-functional stakeholders
- PMP certification preferred; PMO experience preferred
- Experience in Agile teams
- Proven leadership skills
- Expertise in conflict resolution
- Expertise in time management and prioritization
- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, Google Suite, and Confluence.
