Main responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-year SAP programs across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and ERP systems to deliver strategic business value

• Design and implement program governance structures, ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements

• Drive program execution through effective planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement

• Manage program budgets and resources while coordinating multiple project workstreams

• Champion agile methodologies and best practices in project delivery

• Ensure successful transition to service management and application stability

• Monitor and mitigate program risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

About you

• Experience leading large-scale SAP implementation projects

• Strong expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Advanced program management capabilities with proven stakeholder management skills

• Excellence in communication and team leadership

• Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or related degree

• Fluent spoken and written English

• PMP Certification is a plus
