Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead our Salesforce Cloud projects focused on the Customer 360 journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce Cloud projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
  • Work with procurement teams to manage vendor selection, evaluations, and contract negotiations, ensuring the best outcomes for the business.
  • Lead the discovery phase of IT projects by gathering detailed business requirements, analyzing current systems, and documenting the objectives and scope of the project.
  • Create a governance model for decision-making, resource allocation, compliance, risk management, and ensuring alignment between IT and business leadership.
  • Manage and track the overall project budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively, costs are monitored throughout the project lifecycle, and any budgetary adjustments are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience managing Salesforce Cloud projects.
  • Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with Customer 360 journey and Salesforce integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
