We are looking for a talented Project Manager – (Sales) BOP Packager Manager specializing in Third Party BOP Manufacturing Management/Control for our Distribution Business in Netherlands.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead multiple sales‑driven projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments are consistently achieved.
- Partner with sales, engineering, suppliers, and site teams to translate commercial requirements into executable project plans and successful site installations.
- Control and manage the Balance of Plant at supplier level in coordination with assigned Project Managers, ensuring alignment to contractual and technical expectations.
- Drive on‑site delivery and installation of Packaging and Balance of Plant solutions, particularly within data center environments, minimizing risk and disruption.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively by applying structured tools and problem‑solving techniques to maintain project momentum and outcomes.
- Communicate project status clearly and effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, financial performance, and key milestones.
- Apply strong financial acumen to manage project budgets, resource plans, and cost controls while supporting profitable sales execution.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices across teams to continuously improve project delivery, customer outcomes, and sales enablement.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong project management capability with the ability to balance scope, schedule, cost, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven ability to manage technical complexity, resolve issues, and apply engineering best practices to practical, site‑level challenges.
- Effective communication skills to adapt complex technical and commercial information for diverse audiences, including sales teams, customers, and suppliers.
- A customer‑focused mindset that integrates client needs into project decisions to support long‑term relationships and revenue growth.
Education/Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required; licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including demonstrated team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proven experience delivering and installing Packaging and Balance of Plant solutions at site level, primarily within data center environments.
- Engineering background with the ability to apply procedures, standards, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken, to support global and regional stakeholder engagement.
