The role:
The Manager, Sales Analytics, will report directly to the Associate Director of Sales Operations and be leader in the organization. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between departments to ensure that all teams have access to accurate data and insights that create strategic success. You will manage the tactical front-end logistics of initial technology placement and analysis of trends to ensure successful launch and system adoption.
You will help enhance collaboration, streamlining complex processes, and providing high-level, critical analysis to support executive decision-making related to future project developments and the broader organizational direction of the technology. By overseeing important metrics and delivering informed, recommendations, the Manager of Sales Analytics will help us exceed our sales goals, improve financial accuracy, and improve overall productivity.

What you will do:
Data Analysis and Strategy Development
- SKU Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct in-depth SKU analysis, ensuring that product offerings align with market demand and strategic goals.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Pricing & Productivity Monitoring: monitor pricing and productivity metrics, analyzing discounts, usage trends, and other important indicators to optimize our performance.
Financial Management and Accuracy
- Use raw market data, analytics from internal systems and the CRM system to collaborate with finance on pricing strategies. Ensure accurate price per gram. Provide data and analysis to support financial decisions.
Field Sales Operations and Support
- Set up backend information systems and produce recommendations for field teams based on data findings, addressing issues such as unmet sales goals and performance gaps.
Forecast & Inventory Management
- Partner with R&D and supply chain teams to develop accurate forecasts and manage inventory levels. Ensure confidence in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ Years experience in project management
- 2+ Years experience in data analytics
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and Data Visualization Tools Certification (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Familiarity with financial analysis, forecasting methodologies, and inventory management systems
