Your tasks
Lead cross-functional projects across our Revenue Division to enhance performance and operational efficiency for Sales, Client Success, and Marketing.
Own all phases of the project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution and completion, ensuring alignment between all technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Tech teams to translate operational pain points into system and process requirements. Facilitate workshops, map end-to-end workflows, and define process handovers and system interactions across departments.
Drive process design and optimization in key areas such as CRM, customer lifecycle, contract and subscription management, data flows, analytics, and revenue reporting.
Enable change management and adoption by working with operational teams to document new processes, run trainings, and support go-lives
Support our teams during their OKR planning, implementation, and review cycles.
Provide operational support on an ad-hoc basis including presentations, research, and cross-team tasks as needed
Your profile
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, product management, or similar.
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environment, working as a project manager or operations manager, closely collaborating with product and tech teams during this time.
Experience in facilitating complex initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in OKRs frameworks is an advantage
Highly structured and detail-oriented way of working
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, project management tools like JIRA. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus
You are fluent in both English and German

The Sales Operations team is part of the sales organization of Statista. We support more than 300 employees from the Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, Marketing departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool.
