Teal Media is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager full-time position. You will help bring our award-winning designs and ideas to life working along a dedicated team of designers, developers, and strategists.

- Managing projects, both in scope and subject matter
- Independently manage all project types (Design, Web and DM)
- Facilitates and enhances performance within cross-functional teams
- Navigating and spurring changes within a project
- Able to independently shift from multiple project
- Independently lead daily client communication
- Contribute to the research and/or digital strategy of projects
- Provides input on overall department practices and methodologies when needed
- Collaborate with other PMs on a project, delegate divide duties in an efficient and practical manner
- Communicates regularly with the project team, sharing status updates, budget and other project information
- Lead daily client communication, keeping the client informed on day-to-day project logistic
- Lead project kick-offs, facilitate presentations, and conduct project close-outs.
- Educate clients on process and best practices while nurturing the client relationship.
- Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of the highest quality service.
- Navigate client relationships with instinctive and powerful soft skills
- Ability to independently assist and/or solve project resourcing, asking for assistance when needed
- Convert amorphous conversations to solidify into tangible next steps
- Can independently develop and lead internal department process improvements
- Provides strong advice on shaping department processes, policy and best practices.
- Contributes to an open and safe environment to support and mentor other project managers.
- Participants in interviewing and assessment of potential candidates.
- Be an available resource to assist other project managers with problem solving.
- Can effectively manage interns and other project managers (depending on the role level)
- 4+ years of management web-based and Digital marketing projects
- Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Great inter-department communication skills
- Extensive experience with client-facing and external communications. Strong soft skills needed to navigate typical client issues and challenges, collaborate where needed in order to resolve those challenges
- Strong understanding of project management tools and how to best apply them to a project
- A strategic mindset – awareness of potential new opportunities with clients and the ability to hold conversations about possible future needs
- Agency experience is highly preferred
