The position is to be filled in the home office in Germany (Düsseldorf/Dortmund area is preferred).

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Implementation team on behalf of one of our clients, leading supply chain solution rollouts across their customer network. Operating remotely in Germany (preferably near Düsseldorf or Dortmund), you will manage the end-to-end service delivery of complex, high-visibility projects—including ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations—from close of sale through final handoff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day project tasks for implementing product and service solutions from close of sale through customer support handoff
  • Creating and maintaining project work schedules while tracking customer requirements and translating requests into key deliverables
  • Demonstrating proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Monitoring workflow requirements to ensure timelines and quality expectations are consistently met
  • Acting as an information broker by directing clear communication between internal teams and external customers
  • Prioritizing project needs and effectively managing available resources
  • Advocating for positive organizational change by identifying and communicating key opportunities for continuous improvement

You should have the following requirements for the Project Manager role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role 
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Project Management experience in ERP ecosystem 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment 
  • Experience working with ERP systems 
  • Strong problem solving & analytic ability 
  • Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask 
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects 
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills 
     
Nice to have:
  • Project Management experience in Retail Supply Chain ecosystem 
  • Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation 
  • Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel 
  • Proven track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem.  
  • Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs.
