What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of projects through charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts
- Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution
- Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits
- Develop a risk management plan for the project including appropriate risk response plan.
- Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables
- Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
- Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
- Examine consolidated performance metrics of suppliers across the PMO and advise on continuous improvement opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
- High emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm under pressure. Adept in conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

- Previous relevant engineering experience
