As the leading name in Life Sciences market research, we’re expanding! We’re looking for a motivated and curious Qualitative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee smooth sampling and recruitment for in-depth interviews, ensuring clients get timely insights into some of their most critical research questions. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead qualitative research projects end-to-end, from kickoff through final delivery. 
  • Manage sample planning, recruitment timelines, and scheduling of in-depth interviews. 
  • Collaborate with clients, moderators, recruiters, vendors, and global colleagues to align expectations and execution. 
  • Track fieldwork progress, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on course. 
  • Ensure respondent participation through reminders and real-time communication. 
  • Review and manage qualitative data (transcripts, recordings, notes) for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Deliver clear, proactive recruitment updates and reports that keep stakeholders engaged. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2+ years of experience managing qualitative research projects (preferred, not required). 
  • Excellent business-level English fluency, with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and external partners (a plus). 
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies and tools (a plus). 
  • Tech proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom. 
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments. 
  • Someone who is smart, nice, and gets things done. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
