You will:
- Conduct desk research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;
- Lead and quality-assure policy reports, briefs, and client presentations in Word and PowerPoint;
- Present your work to peers, managers, and clients with a high degree of independence;
- Manage project components, coordinating consultants to ensure delivery within timelines and budgets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional Civitta teams across 20+ countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);
- At least 3-4 years of experience in analytical, policy, or consulting roles;
- Strong experience in public policy research, evaluation and economic analysis;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
- Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure complex policy content clearly;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 level written and spoken);
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate findings into clear, actionable policy recommendations;
- Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
- Prior experience in a consulting company.
