Your impact:We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Product Marketing team focused on digital marketing for our rental listings platform. This role will be central to managing a wide range of marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. You’ll coordinate timelines, resources, and communications between cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with impact.
Your focus will be on resource optimization, deadline management, and process efficiency, ensuring every initiative runs smoothly from concept to completion. You’ll manage project timelines and dependencies in JIRA, helping the team stay on track and informed.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, product, or digital environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical details into clear marketing deliverables.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing specialists.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA or similar).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time and resource management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product marketing projects, from planning and prioritization to execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with a mix of specialists (designers, conversion specialists, analysts, campaign managers, developers) to align objectives, tasks, and final outputs.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing and development teams to maintain alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor project workflows in JIRA to ensure clear visibility, accountability, and transparent progress tracking.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Optimize team resources to maximize efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating across departments to gather information, investigate requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop clear and detailed project specifications to define requirements, scope, and deliverables for the development team.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and documentation to leadership.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, workflows, and collaboration frameworks.
