The opportunity
In this role, you will take ownership of the successful implementation of new and transferred products, ensuring they are ready for market launch and customer installation. You will play a key role in aligning cross-functional teams, driving operational readiness, and ensuring high-quality execution across engineering, procurement, production, and delivery. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can shape processes, drive continuous improvement, and contribute directly to the success of innovative GIS products.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead end-to-end product implementation projects from initiation to closure
Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with key stakeholders
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets
Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution readiness
Ensure completeness and accuracy of master data across all systems
Monitor early production phases (test objects and zero series) to validate readiness
Identify risks, drive mitigation actions, and ensure transparent communication
Track production, assembly, and testing processes and drive continuous improvement
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in product implementation
Proven experience delivering complex technical or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
Solid understanding of industrial product lifecycles; GIS experience is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP certification and knowledge of tools like MS Project or Jira are advantageous
