The Role

Infineon designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a broad range of semiconductors and semiconductor-based solutions, focusing on key markets in the automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors. Its products range from standard components to special components for digital, analog, and mixed-signal applications to customer-specific solutions together with the appropriate software.

Job description:

In your new role you will:

  • Develop FET (Field Effect Transistors) for a wide variety of applications
  • Be responsible for the project's success in terms of scope, time and budget
  • Manage projects and therefore be responsible for the overall coordination of wafer technology, package type, and product projects
  • Act as the central contact person for all questions related to the project
  • Perform stakeholder and expectation management
  • Be responsible for the appropriate composition of the project team members
  • Continuously evaluate and track project risks. Plan and execute mitigating measures
  • Manage through the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor business
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Solid MS-Office and MS-Project skills
  • Leads with results-orientation & team-orientation: Balances the push for results while maintaining team motivation and performance
  • Self-directed and curious. Enjoys learning and continuous self-improvement
  • Demonstrates high integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, and ethical standards: "Walks the Talk"
  • Courageous in solving problems and overcoming obstacles
  • Resilient to pressure and fast-changing business environment

Wage Range that the Company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $144,270 salary per year

Maximum of $174,727 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
