Project Manager - Primoris Energy Services

Job Overview:

The Project Manager for Primoris Energy Services will oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership to manage project teams and maintain client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for multiple concurrent energy services projects.
* Lead and direct project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and company standards.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Manage change orders, claims, and other project-related documentation.
* Conduct project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and financial reconciliation.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within the energy construction sector (e.g., oil & gas pipelines, power generation, utility infrastructure).
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification is a plus).
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant safety regulations and construction codes.
* Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
