Job Responsibilities**

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within the energy construction sector (e.g., oil & gas pipelines, power generation, utility infrastructure).
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification is a plus).
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant safety regulations and construction codes.
* Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
