We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to join our Project Management Office and support organization-wide project governance, performance tracking, and delivery excellence. The role focuses on process compliance, KPI tracking, resource utilization, presales support, and tracking organizational AI initiatives, including AI adoption and AI-assisted development practices.
This position works closely with delivery teams, leadership, presales, and engineering stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, predictably, and in alignment with both business and technology transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Process Compliance- Ensure adherence to defined software development and project management processes.
- Conduct regular process audits and project health checks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
- Track and report project KPIs across the organization
- Prepare and maintain dashboards for senior management.
- Track and analyze resource utilization, capacity, and allocation across projects.
- Work with delivery managers and functional leads to optimize resource usage.
- Provide inputs for workforce planning, skill demand forecasting, and bench management.
- Track and report on AI-related initiatives across projects, including:
- AI adoption within delivery teams
- Usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code assistants, testing automation, documentation tools)
- Work with engineering and leadership teams to:
- Monitor impact of AI adoption on productivity, quality, and delivery timelines
- Ensure AI usage aligns with organizational guidelines, security, and compliance standards
- Support the PMO in defining metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of AI-enabled delivery.
- Help standardize reporting and governance for AI-driven initiatives and pilots.
- Support presales activities, including:
- Project analysis and feasibility assessment
- Effort estimation and costing
- Risk assessment and delivery approach definition
- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure realistic and competitive proposals.
- Assist in creating high-level project plans, timelines, and resource models for bids and proposals.
- Maintain and standardize project documentation, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of project managers on PMO processes and tools.
- Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions.
- Act as a coordination point between multiple projects, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support adoption and effective usage of PMO and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, reporting dashboards).
- 5+ years of overall experience in project management, PMO, or software delivery roles.
- Prior experience working as a Project Manager or as part of a PMO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project tracking, KPI reporting, and resource management.
- Exposure to or experience with AI-enabled tools or automation initiatives in a delivery environment is a strong plus.
- PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI).
- Good understanding of emerging delivery trends, including AI-assisted development practices.
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
