The Project Manager (PM) plans, executes, and delivers cross-functional initiatives that support business priorities, operational improvements, and software-related initiatives in close partnership with technical project and program management teams. As part of the Project & Program Management Office (PMO), the PM owns projects end-to-end, from intake and planning through execution and close, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, actively managed, and delivered to agreed-upon outcomes.
The PM partners closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans, align contributors, manage risks and tradeoffs, and provide clear visibility into progress across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role requires operating effectively in environments with ambiguity and change, applying sound judgment to maintain momentum, connect work to broader business goals, and flex into operational or stakeholder support as needed to enable successful execution.
You Will:- Plan, manage, and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation through close, owning project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, costs, and change management while adapting plans as priorities, constraints, or requirements evolve
- Develop, maintain, and revise project plans that provide clear milestones, tasks, dependencies, and target versus actual completion dates, balancing rigor with flexibility as work shifts
- Direct and coordinate work across internal teams and external vendors, monitoring progress, escalating risks or constraints as needed, and ensuring alignment toward agreed-upon outcomes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; communicate risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders and executive sponsors to support timely decision-making
- Facilitate effective project execution through structured meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, documentation of decisions, and tracking of action items and follow-ups
- Provide clear, consistent project communication, including regular status reporting to management and executive stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail and cadence
- Partner closely with stakeholders to clarify goals, align on priorities, translate business objectives into actionable project plans, and navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and incomplete information
- Continuously evaluate project work in the context of broader organizational strategy, identifying opportunities to improve impact, efficiency, or delivery approach
- Support additional operational responsibilities as needed based on stakeholder and organizational needs, which may include temporarily or permanently supporting a stakeholder group, managing intake or prioritization processes, or contributing to operational workflows to enable effective execution
- 3–5 years of experience independently managing all aspects of cross-functional projects, including managing multiple (5+) projects concurrently, using established project management fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Ability to define, deliver, and measure value as defined by key stakeholders, with experience contributing to or developing roadmaps
- Strong project execution skills, including defining and controlling scope, maintaining schedules, leading tradeoff discussions, managing expectations, and coordinating activities across stakeholders
- Proven ability to facilitate effective project team and stakeholder meetings, communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, and tailor information appropriately for executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence
- Demonstrated strength in risk forecasting, issue identification, mitigation planning, and problem solving in environments with ambiguity, partial information, and competing priorities
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority, analyze data, set priorities, think beyond individual tasks to broader goals, and work effectively in a self-directed, growth-oriented environment
- Experience using work management or project tracking software
