We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - PMC (Project Management Consultant) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects across various industries, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide expert consultancy services to clients, offering innovative solutions to complex project challenges
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging project management methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting role
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to work across various industries and project types
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and potentially internationally
