Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager with a proven track record of leading the successful delivery of complex PLM Cloud implementations. This role demands a unique blend of project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing large-scale Cloud projects on time and within budget, while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing business value.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Take full ownership of PLM Cloud projects, leading the planning, execution, and delivery phases, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
• Define and manage project scope, develop detailed project plans, and establish realistic timelines, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are effectively managed across onshore and offshore teams.
• Identify and allocate project resources effectively, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise is available at each stage of the project, both onshore and offshore.
• Proactively identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success, considering the complexities of working with offshore teams.
• Establish and maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including offshore teams, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and other third-party providers, ensuring their deliverables are aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption and transition to new PLM systems, considering the impact on both onshore and offshore teams.
•  Effectively manage and collaborate with offshore teams, ensuring clear communication, cultural sensitivity, and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough project closure activities, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned, incorporating feedback from both onshore and offshore teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on PLM Cloud implementations.
• Solid understanding of Cloud-based PLM solutions, their functionalities, and integration points.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional and offshore teams towards a common goal.
• Proven ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• A strong commitment to client satisfaction, building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and collaborating with offshore teams, overcoming communication and cultural barriers.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other relevant industries is desirable.
