The Role and Responsibilities
A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work in our Pipelines & Subsea business line here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for helping to deliver international projects efficiently and on time, controlling budgets and other deliverables. Client site or offshore visits may be required, potentially to different regions including overseas. Other duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ownership and compliance to ensure EnerMech meet client HSE and Quality expectations
- Manage the day to day delivery of key client contracts and any allocated core or ad-hoc support teams
- Accountable for managing EnerMech/client specific objectives/KPIs to ensure actions are completed and targets met
- Accountable for managing weekly/monthly client reporting - ensuring all monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time including Quality Performance Reviews (QPR's), FPALs etc
- Attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilisation readiness and gate compliance
- Develop and present monthly/QPR (Quality Performance Review) meetings
- Liaise with EnerMech offshore/site crew on a daily/frequent basis regarding maintenance/operations
The Requirements
You will be experienced in running Pipelines & Subsea pre-commissioning projects (pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical's and dewatering etc), can proactively identify and offer solutions to problems, have strong commercial awareness and organisational skills to maintain project schedules.
You will have experience running projects from start to finish including managing cost control, personnel mobilisations, equipment and HSE to name a few.
It is essential you hold a Project Management qualification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner APM PMQ (Project Management Qualification) for example.
